Since 20 years we offer a portfolio of hand picked properties – great spots – to live, work, to unwind and to engage in your own agriculture projects.
We are based in Vienna but also had a look around in the rest of Europe and overseas.
We want to make a change;
– We employ people from difficult social backgrounds who have difficulties finding a job.
– We try to be eco-friendly; eg we use selected antiques instead of buying new furniture (wood consumption),
when renewing object we try to use bio organic materials, install docking stations for e-cars, etc.
We believe in places that can do more: honoring what already exists, creating new opportunities, and generating lasting impact. Instead of demolition, we focus on renovation, upcycling, and the smart use of embodied energy. This is how we create special places – great spots – that not only provide room for living, working, and recreation but also take responsibility for society and the environment.
Seit 20 Jahren bieten wir ein Portfolio von handverlesenen Plätzen an – great spots – zum Leben, Arbeiten, Erholen und um sich mit landwirtschaftlichen Agenden zu beschäftigen.
Wir sind in Wien stationiert aber haben uns auch im Rest Europas und Übersee umgesehen.

– Wir beschäftigen Menschen, die benachteiligt sind oder schwierig Arbeit finden.
– Wir versuchen eco-friendly zu sein; verwenden z.B. Antiquitäten statt neue Möbel zu kaufen (Holzkonsum),
bei Erneuerungen verwenden wir teils biologische Materialien, errichten Zapfsäulen für e-cars in einigen Objekten, etc.
